Refund Policy

1. Merchant of Record
All payments for Brissa are processed by Creem.io ("Creem"), who acts as our Merchant of Record. When you purchase a subscription, you are purchasing through Creem, and all refunds are handled in accordance with their terms and this policy.
2. Consumer Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a refund within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day after completion of the transaction.
WHERE THE PRODUCT IS DIGITAL CONTENT WHICH IS IMMEDIATELY MADE AVAILABLE, BY ACCESSING THE SERVICE, YOU CONSENT TO IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ONCE YOU BEGIN USING THE SERVICE.
For subscriptions, your right to cancel is only present following the initial subscription and not upon each automatic renewal.
3. Effect of Cancellation
If you cancel within the 14-day period as permitted above, we will reimburse all payments received from you. Reimbursement will be made without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to cancel. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction with no fees incurred.
4. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the customer portal. Your cancellation will take effect at the next billing date and you will retain access until then. There are no refunds on unused subscription periods.
5. How to Request a Refund or Cancel
To cancel your subscription or request a refund, you can:
